Make a claim

If you have a business policy and would like to make a claim, you can follow this simple process. Common examples of claims we deal with are:

  • Employment claims: eg, defending claims brought against you by employees or ex-employees (unfair dismissal)
  • Contract claims: eg, pursuit of claims for breach of contract arising out of works you have carried out, or defence of claims brought against you for breach of contract arising out of services provided
  • Legal defence: eg, defending charges brought against the business by the Police or Health & Safety Executive
  • Tax claims: eg, relating to a tax investigation carried out by HMRC.
