Claims

Making a claim – important information

  • For new online claims please initially request a legal advice call-back before starting the process using this link, otherwise please select a claim option below.
  • Please avoid using Microsoft Internet Explorer when completing the form.
  • You will have 20 minutes to complete the form, and you will need to complete it in one session; you cannot save it to complete at a later date.
  • Do not attach any documents to the claim form. Once you have completed the form, please email all documentation, including a copy of your policy provider's schedule to claims@das.co.uk with your claim reference in the subject line.
  • If you experience any problems with using the website, please call us on 0117 934 2111 and select the new claims option; an adviser will then be able to help you.
