Make a personal claim

If you have a personal policy and would like to make a claim, you can follow this simple process. Common examples of claims we deal with are:

  • Employment claims: eg, pursuing a claim against your employer or ex-employer (eg for unfair dismissal or discrimination)
  • Contract claims: eg, pursuit of claims for breach of contract relating to the purchase of goods or services (eg sub-standard products purchased)
  • Pursuit of claims for personal injury (non-road traffic accident).

Make a landlord or tenant claim

If you have a property let policy and would like to make a claim, you can follow this simple process. Common examples of claims we deal with are:

  • Repossession claims: e.g. evicting tenants from an insured property after a notice of possession has expired
  • Rent recovery: e.g. pursuing a tenant for unpaid rent arrears.
  • Rent arrears / rent guarantee: e.g. payment of rent arrears when a tenant is still in residence
  • Property damage: e.g. a dispute relating to damage caused to the insured property.

Make a commercial claim

If you have a business policy and would like to make a claim, you can follow this simple process. Common examples of claims we deal with are:

  • Employment claims: eg, defending claims brought against you by employees or ex-employees (unfair dismissal)
  • Contract claims: eg, pursuit of claims for breach of contract arising out of works you have carried out, or defence of claims brought against you for breach of contract arising out of services provided
  • Legal defence: eg, defending charges brought against the business by the Police or Health & Safety Executive
  • Tax claims: eg, relating to a tax investigation carried out by HMRC.
