Defending an academy at employment tribunal

 

This matter was made particularly challenging due to the sheer number of allegations raised, the amount of correspondence and documentation, and the fact that the allegations were sensitive in nature.

Since receiving the claim, DAS Law have acted quickly in assessing the merits of the case, providing detailed advice in a short space of time, preparing the defence to the claim at all times ensuring that our client understood the process.

This matter is ongoing, but as a result of our quick identification of jurisdictional issues and highlighting these in our defence, the case has been listed for a hearing to consider whether the claims can proceed at all.
