Simon Minty

I have two key objectives; the first is to help DAS UK’s ATE portfolio to grow, working with businesses that operate in the company’s target growth segments while looking to develop new opportunities.

The other objective is managing the current business partners to ensure these relationships run smoothly, ensuring that any issues or concerns are dealt with as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

I have been involved in the ATE legal expenses market for 7 years with DAS, holding previous roles in BTE claims and as an ATE operations team leader, before moving into this role at the start of 2021. Prior to DAS, I worked in the insurance industry for 15 years in different roles, such as a motor claims handler for Direct Line to dealing with the risk and insurance for a large haulage company.

When not in the office I can be found at home with my wife, two children and cocker spaniel, or out running, having previously completed two marathons and an ultra-marathon of 50K.
