Tax Advice helpline

If you’re confused by the UK tax system you’re probably not alone – it can feel like a minefield at times. Our Tax Advice helpline offers confidential and impartial advice from experienced tax advisers and is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding public and bank holidays. If you need to call outside these times then we’ll simply call you back.

Health and Medical helpline

It‘s not always easy to talk about health concerns, particularly with the ones you love. Uncertainties regarding signs and symptoms, preventative measures or possible procedures can cause additional worry and confusion. Our Health and Medical helpline offers the opportunity to book appointments with a GP and is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding public and bank holidays. If you need to call outside these times then we’ll simply call you back.

Counselling helpline

Life throws us many situations that can cause worry, often leading to stress, anxiety and sometimes depression. Our counsellors, who are all members of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and are covered by their codes and practices, are here to listen and support with a range of issues including bereavement. Our Counselling helpline is available 24/7.
